#52 Jimmy "Smut" Means in the Hendrick Folgers Chevy

1987 Fall Charlotte race. With Tim Richmond out for medical reasons, and Jimmy Means coming off a 9th place finish a few weeks earlier @ Richmond. Rick Hendrick decided to give Means, a long time independant, under funded driver his big chance in top equipment. Renumbered to Means' #52 the Folgers car was his for the race. Qualified 5th and running near the front, the day only lasted 20 laps. A four car crash, not his fault, ended his day.
